NRSG 212 Health Assessment and the Nursing Process

Emphasis on the nursing process and physical assessment of children and adults. Includes introduction to psychosocial, spiritual, developmental, and nutritional assessment. Includes learning experiences in a health care facility. Two credit hours of clinical lab included. Prerequisite: NRSG 211. (Course fees apply.)
