Physician Assistant

There is a wide variation in the prerequisites for entrance into a Physician Assistant program. A minimum of 3.0 G.P.A. is usually required for science courses. A bachelor degree is required for admittance into many programs. Usually a minimum of 2,000 hours of clinical experience involving patient contact is also required. Physician Assistant programs are a Master's level program.
